Com a cria\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>Imposto sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (IBS)<\/strong> e da <strong>Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (CBS)<\/strong>, tributos como <strong>PIS e COFINS<\/strong> ser\u00e3o substitu\u00eddos a partir de <strong>2027<\/strong>. No entanto, o <strong>per\u00edodo de transi\u00e7\u00e3o em 2026<\/strong> exige aten\u00e7\u00e3o redobrada dos contribuintes, especialmente no que se refere \u00e0 <strong>EFD-Contribui\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1790210 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"1790210\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-878c406 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"878c406\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>A EFD-Contribui\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e1 extinta com a Reforma Tribut\u00e1ria?<\/strong><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-72894e9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"72894e9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Apesar da extin\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>PIS e da COFINS para novos fatos geradores a partir de 2027<\/strong>, a <strong>EFD-Contribui\u00e7\u00f5es continuar\u00e1 obrigat\u00f3ria por, no m\u00ednimo, cinco anos<\/strong>, conforme previsto na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p>Isso ocorre porque a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o acess\u00f3ria seguir\u00e1 sendo necess\u00e1ria para:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>o <strong>controle dos cr\u00e9ditos acumulados de PIS e COFINS<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>o atendimento aos <strong>prazos legais de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da Receita Federal<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>a <strong>retifica\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es hist\u00f3ricas<\/strong>, quando aplic\u00e1vel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b47bd8 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"9b47bd8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a3de83 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7a3de83\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>Cr\u00e9ditos de PIS e COFINS no novo modelo tribut\u00e1rio<\/strong><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c7338cc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c7338cc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Os <strong>saldos credores de PIS e COFINS existentes at\u00e9 31\/12\/2026<\/strong> dever\u00e3o permanecer corretamente escriturados na <strong>EFD-Contribui\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>. Esses cr\u00e9ditos poder\u00e3o ser:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>compensados com a CBS<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>utilizados contra outros tributos federais<\/strong>, conforme previsto na <strong>Lei Complementar n\u00ba 214\/2025<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br \/>A <strong>gest\u00e3o adequada desses cr\u00e9ditos<\/strong> ser\u00e1 um dos principais pontos de aten\u00e7\u00e3o em termos de <strong>compliance fiscal<\/strong> nos pr\u00f3ximos anos, exigindo controle, rastreabilidade e consist\u00eancia das informa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d71d20a elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"d71d20a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-73c9497 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"73c9497\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>N\u00e3o haver\u00e1 altera\u00e7\u00e3o no leiaute da EFD-Contribui\u00e7\u00f5es em 2026<\/strong><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00115b8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"00115b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Durante o ano de transi\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 altera\u00e7\u00e3o no leiaute da EFD-Contribui\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>os valores de <strong>CBS, IBS e Imposto Seletivo (IS)<\/strong> <strong>n\u00e3o devem ser informados<\/strong> na escritura\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li>\n<li>esses tributos <strong>n\u00e3o devem compor os valores dos documentos fiscais<\/strong> referentes ao ano de 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dessa forma, a <strong>EFD-Contribui\u00e7\u00f5es continuar\u00e1 refletindo exclusivamente as apura\u00e7\u00f5es de PIS e COFINS<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6402fc9 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"6402fc9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d851e03 elementor-widget EFD-Contribui\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b7bf08a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" da Reforma Tribut\u00e1ria, foram institu\u00eddos novos <strong>documentos fiscais eletr\u00f4nicos<\/strong>, entre eles:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-48ea76a elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"48ea76a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\"
